CANCELLATION POLICY

If you NO CALL, NO SHOW you FORFEIT your deposit!! To reset your appointment you must re-pay the deposit and reschedule, which does not lower the cost of the tattoo We require a minimum of half down for the deposit to book and schedule any appointments, then the rest on the day of the appointment, but you may also pay in full; we leave that up to you! 1.) Any cancelations must be done within 24 hours of original appointment time. 2.) Appropriate cancelation reasons: Friend or family death, hospitalization, sick/sick kids, bad weather, work. 3.) If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment with no call or message, another deposit will be required to book again. 4.) Showing up drunk or under the influence of drugs if PROHIBITED!! You will need to reschedule with a new deposit. 5.) We do not give refunds for individuals that change their minds, so be sure it’s what you want. Any deposits made are non-refundable, as well as any payments made towards an artist, that includes paying in full! 6.) Last minute changes will require a new booking time. ALLERGY & AFTER CARE If you are allergic to latex products/ other glove types, any kind of medical tape/ wrapper bandages, Saniderm/ Dermsheild products, or ointments/ creams, you MUST disclose this information to your artist PRIOR to being tattooed! We are not responsible for any allergic reactions you may have due to the products we use. If your tattoo ends up needing re-done or touched up due to this, it will be an additional charge and your touch-up will not be free. It is YOUR responsibility to take proper care of your tattoo after receiving it. We will not be responsible for touch-ups or re-doing your tattoo if you have not properly cared for it.
